Traveling To Doha

So I kicked off my country hopping journey in Doha, Qatar. I honestly liked it and would definitely be back. Some of the places I wanted to go to experience didn’t have their normal hours or the stuff they usually do because it was close to New Year’s Eve. Which I did bring my new year in Qatar but I just took myself to a nice dinner. I’m really not into the club life.

While I was there I did book a day excursion to go sand boarding, camel riding and jeep duning. I said this was the last time I book a camel ride because I always feel bad. I booked my excursion through Viator. Which I always book my excursions through Viator or klook. If you come across a local excursion place if they are higher they usually are willing to price match.

I stayed in this super nice and inexpensive hotel called Century Marina Hotel. It came with breakfast every morning, rooftop pool with a great view, great location to restaurants and very nice customer service.

My favorite thing about the hotel was the bathroom and rooftop view. I had no complaints at all!

Everybody spoke English in Doha so that was a plus! I definitely would come back again and stay longer to do more during a non holiday week and you can always take a quick trip to Dubai while you are there as well. The flights are usually always cheap and it’s only a 2 hour flight, so you can make it a 2 in 1 trip!
